Mazin Al Mardhi is an associate at Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants.

Mazin has over eight years of experience, advising clients on civil and commercial matters with a particular focus on international arbitration and general dispute resolution. Mazin has participated in numerous commercial disputes including cross jurisdictional claims in the KSA, Bahrain, UAE and Kuwait. Mazin has advised and acted for a wide range of high profile companies across the GCC in various industry sectors including but not limited to construction, industrial manufacturing, banking, labour, commercial agency services and general trading.

Mazin primarily focuses on the management and defence of claims arising out of construction projects through multi-tiered alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Mazin is proficient in drafting pleadings and has participated in numerous high profile arbitration cases involving claims for breach of contract, extension of time, liquidated damages and recovery of prolongation costs among others.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mazin was working for one of the most prominent firms in Bahrain. He graduated from Queen Mary University of London, making him not only knowledgeable in civil law but is also educated in English common law. Mazin has also successfully completed the Islamic Shariah Examination at Ministry of Justice & Islamic Affairs in Bahrain in 2012, giving him the right of audience in Bahrain Courts. Mazin is fluent in English and Arabic with a good understanding of French.
