Ahmed Galadari Managing Partner and Head of Litigation

Experience

 

Ahmed is Galadari’s Managing Partner and heads the litigation and dispute resolution practice across the firm’s four offices in Abu Dhabi, DIFC, Dubai and JAFZA. Ahmed has been a key figure since joining the firm in 1990, following his graduation from Al Ain University.

As one of the UAE’s most experienced court advocates, Ahmed has conducted many of the UAEs high profile litigation disputes including those related to breach of contracts, fraud, partnerships, corporate and limited liability company disputes, professional malpractice, civil rights and real estate related litigation. 

Ahmed specialises in Islamic and conventional finance, civil, financial and commercial litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration, often drafting complex, first of a kind contracts in Arabic.

Ahmed is recognised as a regional legal expert respected for his outstanding contribution to the development of alternative dispute resolution in the Gulf region. He has full rights of audience in the UAE.

Ahmed’s core strengths are:

  • Dispute resolution; arbitration; and litigation involving high net worth individuals and corporate entities relating to breach of contract; fraud; partnerships; civil rights; and real estate related litigation;
  • Achieving urgent attachments on behalf of clients and having precautionary attachments removed;
