

Fadh is a paralegal at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the firms’ Dubai office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property team and the Commercial team, focusing mainly on trademarks, design protection, legal opinions on copyright infringement, commercial agreements, offshore company setup and various other commercial matters.
Prior to Galadari, Fadh was a legal intern in the Supreme Court of India in Delhi, where his role responsibilities included examination of case files, conducting research and preparing grounds for various cases heard in the Supreme Court of India. He has also interned in prominent law firms in Bengaluru, Lawyers Transcontinental and G&S Advocates and Associates where his responsibilities included drafting plaints, written statements, interlocutory applications, written arguments, reviewing of various agreements related to mergers and acquisition and reviewing and tracking of joint venture agreements.
Fadh has passed the All India Bar Examination and is a registered advocate enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in law from M. S. Ramaiah College of Law, Karnataka State Law University in India.
