Rachel is a paralegal in the corporate, commercial and projects teams at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the firms’ Dubai office. Rachel supports and assists the teams in a broad range of activities, including infrastructure and oil & gas projects, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, licensing agreements, corporate structuring and re-structuring, onshore and offshore company setup and various other corporate matters. Rachel recently assisted in a project acting for the government of one of the northern Emirates entailing a joint venture for a 150 MIGD water desalination plant, and assisted in the incorporation of companies for members of the Ruling Family of that same Emirate as well as for a prominent member of the Ruling Family of Dubai.
Rachel obtained her law degree from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom in 2015, prior to which she obtained, with distinction, a National Diploma in sports performance at Loughborough College, United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Galadari in 2018, Rachel was a legal assistant in imports and customs clearance with a large multi-national courier and logistics company based at Global Forwarding Head Office in the East Midlands, England.
