Mustafa is an associate at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the firms’ Dubai office. His main areas of work include mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, infrastructure projects, development projects, real estate projects, alternate dispute resolution including arbitrations, mediation and expert proceedings. Mustafa has recently drafted, and negotiated for the inclusion of, investor-friendly tag-along and drag-along rights in a transaction pertaining to the acquisition of a UAE free zone company by an investment conglomerate based in Kuwait.
He has extensive experience with drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements and assisted on preparing employments agreements and confidentiality undertakings as part of a legal team engaged by a member of the ruling family of Dubai seeking to employ individuals in sensitive positions of a domestic nature within the royal household.
Prior to joining Galadari, Mustafa was an associate with Cornelius, Lane & Mufti in Lahore, Pakistan.
