Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants strengthens its Arbitration practice further with Senior Associate Sergejs Dilevka joining its ranks

Senior Associate Sergejs Dilevka has joined Galadari’s Arbitration practice, bringing more than 12 of experience advising top-tier companies and organizations on a wide range of complex international arbitration matters and international dispute-related settlements.

Sergejs has joined the Firm in March 2021 with an aim to further strengthen and enhance the firm’s dispute resolution rank in the UAE and the region whilst contributing to its ongoing growth strategy. As a prominent dispute resolution lawyer with over 12 years of experience in the UAE, Russia and across Europe, Sergejs brings a wealth of international investment, dispute resolution and arbitration knowledge with a focus on international commercial, investment and energy laws as well as excellent client relationships.Prior to joining Galadari Sergejs worked in one of the top-tier leading law Firms in the UAE and the region in its Arbitration practice. Sergejs brings a wealth of experience throughout his career journey working as counsel, tribunal secretary and arbitrator by acting in multiple international arbitration proceedings relating to international commercial and investment disputes. He has also advised private clients on aspects of international trade, acquisitions and investment.

Sergejs has obtained his LLB with honours from the University of Bedfordshire and his LLM from Queen Mary, University of London. He can assist clients in English, Russian and Latvian.
