Galadari expands Maritime and International Trade Practice with Partner hire.

Emirati law firm Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants announces the appointment of Maritime and International Trade partner Abdelhak Attallah.

Mr. Attallah heads a highly respected, market-leading Maritime and International Trade practice advising clients globally on maritime related litigation and arbitration matters across the UAE.

Mr. Attallah, who joins from Al Suwaidi & Company, is a British qualified Maritime and International Trade lawyer with broad experience spanning maritime, international trade, UAE litigation and arbitration. His practice is recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners Global.

He has over 20 years of extensive, market-leading experience handling complex and sensitive litigation and arbitration matters under the rules of various arbitration institutions related to commercial matters, ship finance, ship building, multimodal carriage of goods, international sales of goods, marine insurance, ship arrest and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitration awards under UAE law, and international and domestic arbitration.
