In a recent article for the Al Mizan Magazine, issued by the Ministry of Justice in the UAE, Galadari’s Senior Associate Abdulmajeed Al Sweedy explored the legal principles in civil and criminal procedures laws for protecting legal interests.

In his piece “Commenting on the Local and Federal Jurisprudence of the Legislative Authority”, Abdulmajeed clarifies the competence and capacity of the General Assembly for the Unification of Jurisprudence and discusses the legislator’s philosophy in making the Civil Procedures Law the primary source for addressing gaps in other procedural laws.
