Bassem brings with him a wide range of experience across the corporate, commercial and construction sectors in the Middle East and North Africa region.
Bassem has over two decades of experience in general corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, employment, taxation, and capital markets including M&A transactions for listed companies.
Prior to joining Galadari, Bassem was a Senior Associate and the Head of Egyptian Governmental Procedures Department at one of Egypt’s leading law firms.
